Screen replacement
My son bought an lg spirit on Saturday and dropped it and smashed the screen before he even got it home. He has been quoted £50 for a second hand screen replacement or £100 new on a phone that cost him £90. Any ideas where he could get this repaired cheaper? Tia.
Excess on home insurance is £100 so not worth claiming.

If it's the top glass (digitizer) only, then the part costs no more than $10-15.
I think for a person with good skills it's a DIY job, but you can ask a shop(s) how much they charge for job only.0 -
Thanks, I don't think either of us have the diy skills and the prices I listed above are the quotes from a local shop. I have found videos on YouTube so I'll have a look for a screen.0
