I am making a complaint to Vodafone, what is the procedure? Do I send complaint and all evidence to just Vodafone first, then wait to see if they resolve satisfactorily?
Or do I send all evidence to Vodafone and Ofcom at the same time?
Any advice would be most welcome

It's the ombudsman, not Ofcom, and either in 8 weeks of after getting a deadlock letter from Voda.
Ocom can register a complaint, but doesn't deal with individual cases.0 -
You'll find dealing with Vodafone a complete waste of time, though you have to go there first before the Ombudsman. Look at the ssticky on them and contact the Web Relations Team - they're the only people at Vodafone who give a damn, though lately even they are stopped in the tracks by Vodafone's systems which are designed to creat problems and then make them worse.0
