Stuck in Vodafone >>> Three number porting limbo

Hello all. At the end of a Vodafone contract, I have moved to Three on a new 12 month SIM-only contract.
I requested a PAC from Vodafone a week ago, and one week ago today I provided it to Three. They indicated that if received by midday, my number would have switched by the end of the following day.
A week later, it still hasn't moved. When I make outgoing calls, my old number appears on the recipient's phone. But all incoming calls and SMS are still being sent to my Vodafone SIM.
I've called Three every day, and every day I get the same promise that "an email has been sent to the back end team."
When will Three get off their "back end" and fix my porting? Has anyone else had this experience where porting is incomplete?
Many thanks

It looks like a stuck port where vodafone havent sent the number across.
You could request voda to terminate the account which should speed it up otherwise three tend to take a while0 -

Good idea. I don't have confidence in Three to fix this because on Friday the offshored call handler said they were "waiting for an email from Orange."
