Cancel at end of contract and set up new contract - is this wise?
I'm at the end of my 2 year contract with O2 and plan to upgrade, however the deals on offer are identical to what a new signup would get. TopCashBack are offering £63 cashback for a new contract, is it sensible to cancel my contract and set up a new one with the same company to get the cashback?

I keep getting a text message telling me that I have (1) new photo message and then a Web link (I haven't gone onto the link just in case). I have tried Googling this and some say it is a scam while others say it is legitimate. Can anyone please give me a definitive answer please. Thanks
