O2 Data usage

I have a 1Gb a month data allowance with O2, I like to keep track of my data and use a) the O2 app, b) my mobiles own count and c) another app that monitors my usage.

What I dont understand is that as I head towards the end of the month O2 say I have used 602 MB while the other 2 say I've used roughly 750MB.
I could understand a small difference but 150MB seems quite a lot. Im going to do with the O2 value, at least the difference is in my favour.

Anyone else notice this with O2 or care to explain the difference ?

Similar on mine. I have 646Mb left according to my phone, but the O2 app states 572Mb left.

Since the O2 figure is the only which matters, I would just ignore the others. O2 won't give you more just because you have an external app that states you haven't used as much data as the O2 app says.

As to the reason why, that will be more to do with timing for updating of the O2 app combined with differences in how the metrics are gathered. Not something you can change, so again I'd just accept it and let it go. Especially as you seem to be on the better side of the deal!
