Paying off contract early

Hi all

Just was wondering if anyone could advise me please, I currently have a contract with ee, my contract end date is 16th August 2016, with a monthly charge of 24.99, if I was to pay this off in full does anyone know if I include what would be Augusts payment -as I always thought you paid a month in advance? Also if I paid it off would I still have full use of the minutes, texts and data till the date the contract was due to end or would this cease?

It will include the August (1-16), but won't include the part of the current month that you paid in advance. What's the point?

If you don't cancel the contract all the allowances will stand - unless you exceed them at some point.

The contract doesn't 'cease', only the minimum term does. You have to give a 30 days' notice to cancel it, and some networks insist that it has to be exactly 30, not at least.

Why pay it off early if you want to maintain network access? This is MSE after all...
