Button phone - with GPS?
I'd love some help to choose a new mobile phone , my brain is exhausted..........
I already have an Ipod touch and an Asus Netbook, so just want a phone for calls and texts, especially out with the dog on the bike, exploring the area ( we frequently get lost and would love to get home before dark)
My eyesights not what it was, I cant see tiiny screens and small text anymore, and I drop anything shiny, my last two samsung flips ended up in the pond and smashed on the rocks.
I can't spend a fortune, but is there anything out there that has buttons and some kind of GPS tracker map thing?
I've just negotiated a new O2 sim only deal, £15pm for unlimited minutes/texts and 2gb of 4G data......can I use 4G data on a button phone?
any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Most button phones will have tiny screens which may make map reading difficult.
The last one i had like that was the Sony C702 and Nokia N97 mini.
If your outside a city limits then 4G may not be available anyway.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I wonder if it would be more effective to look for a separate GPS device and a cheap simple phone? Or have you looked at tough phones aimed at builders, which might be a bit more robust if you drop them?

A local map and a compass would make your phone choice easier. You can probably find one online and print it.0

Get yourself a basic phone and a separate sat nav.0
