Each month I have had to call to get my bill adjusted as I am supposed to get the Sky Sports TV pack 1 free as part of my contract but I have been charged £4.99 per month every month for it even though I have spent at the very least half an…

BT Mobile vs Three
I've been with Vodafone for quite a few years now and gotten a bit fed up with their service and network coverage outside of major cities. I'm considering moving to either Three or BT Mobile. I wondered if anyone here has been using BT Mobile and how they have found the service? The attraction is they use EE's network…

I'm buying my son a new phone for Christmas and have ordered it now as I found a good deal - obviously the contract will start running as soon as I receive the phone but I don't want to port his number until as near to Christmas as possible. Earbuds for Galaxy S5
Hi all I really hope someone can help with this. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 and, to be honest, it has been a nightmare to set up, but I am getting there. One thing is a major problem though. I have tiny ear canals and I cannot use earbuds that go inside the canal. I am more than happy with the iPhone style earbuds, but…

3 PAYG seems cheaper than 1m contract - what am I not getting?
Obviously not getting something here: wanting to try out 3 for a couple of months to see if its better than the constant "No Service" I'm getting with EE. Don't want to spend more than £20/month and need approx 4GB data, couple hundred minutes, few hundred texts, so dug up the following 1 month contracts: 4 GB/600…

Have you no brains Vodafone?
Vodafone must be stupid... I've been a loyal vf customer for 18 years. In that 18 years they've probably had £9000 out of me in charges...so take off 5 new phones over that time, probably £7000 net. I don't use the phone as much as when I was working, so last June I went onto a basic sim only package, 300 mins, 300 texts,…

Tracking incoming and outgoing calls
Hello all, I'm after a new SIM card that can preferably be PAYG but I may consider a pay monthly if it can do what I need. This number is used mainly for incoming calls, but also makes occasional calls within the UK, plus picks up voicemails. I need to be able to see all incoming and outgoing calls online, plus also from…

Should I get free EU roaming on 4GEE EXTRA?
When in the EU, I usually use the "EUDAY" thing to get unlimited calls/texts whilst roaming for £2 a day. I've been on a 4GEE EXTRA plan for almost 2 years now. The bills mention I can get unlimited calls in Europe for £2 a day. But here: http://explore.ee.co.uk/4gee-extra-plans-roaming-benefits it suggests that these…

Unlocked PAYG seems to have locked to three network
Hi I'm hoping that someone can assist with this? Last year I bought a Huawei G6 payg from CPW, it was sold as an unlocked phone and I started using it with my three mobile contract SIM.
