Vodafone owes me £150

This is just one of many issues with Vodafone - I've spent approximately 100 hours on the phone/waiting for them and I could write for hours about everything that's gone wrong, but I have given up and now just want to get back what is mine - I don't care about compensation.
I ordered a phone, I cancelled the order pretty much straight away. I did this on the phone and they said they would refund me. The didn't. Long story short, it's been two months and they won't do this refund. They couldn't find my payment on the system so I did as I was told and took proof into a store. They put a note on my account and told me to ring up. I rang up, they said they saw the note and would credit me the £150 I paid, but this never happened. Every time I ring up or use the live chat or twitter or anything I get nowhere. I have tried everything and just don't know what to do other than go to court.
Can my bank help?

The time limit is 120 days, so don't waste time.
Failing that,

Thanks, I thought there was something like that but wasn't sure of the exact mechanics of it.
Just a shame I spent so much time and money on the phone to Vodafone trying to sort other things out. Lesson learned, next time don't bother - just switch provider ASAP.0
