pay as you go
I have a Vodafone pay as you go phone. The big bundle deal for a tenner is meant to give me a certain number of texts, calls and data. So I've had it about a month and topped up just the one £10. I've used more than the data I should get but the phone just keeps allowing internet use. Am I right to say I have no contract…

Am I expecting too much of EE 4G?
I've tried EE on their summer promotion for 100GB for 2 months. Currently on the second month but am underwhelmed to say the least. The network seems very variable in signal strength and downloads rarely exceed 16 Mbps when tested.

Mobile insurance refurbished handset
Hi, I took out a contract with 02 (have 2 weeks to cancel it as haven't put the sim in the phone, it's an iPhone 6) and am looking to insure it and am struggling to find a cheap insurer that will insure a refurbished phone. Any suggestions? Or should I just send it back?

Texting STOP to 82228 - cost?
I've started to get advertising texts from the company I've just bought a sofa from. I don't want the texts but want to check the cost implication of texting STOP to 82228 before doing so. Is this just the normal cost of a text - ie included in normal text bundle - or is it extra?

vodafone sim card nightmare
On Saturday 19th I was silly enough to leave my phone in a taxi, but I honestly never dreamed it would be this difficult to get my number back. Immediately after my phone was lost I called vodafone to get my sim locked and went to the nearest store the next day to get a new one. A near-mute customer sales advisor activated…

Vodaphone Pay as you Go
I have two Vodaphone pay as you go cards. I am not sure how I cam across them. I don't ever remember having a Vodaphone mobile phone. I may of won them in a competition. They are dated 2002 (the small print says: 'Vodaphone Limited 2002'). What can I do with these? Sell them on Ebay? Sell them back to Vodaphone? Will they…

EE "retention" when leaving Orange
Hi I've been with Orange since the dawn of time, and I would like to get a new phone. The phone I want is available for the same price with EE and Vodafone. However I can get 20% off Vodafone through their Employee Advantage scheme. I was wondering, will EE try and match this if I were to call them and say I'm leaving…

Great service from Vodafone - now saving £68 a month!!
I have been loyal to Vodafone for many years but since switching to an IPhone 5s 18 months ago I have been paying over the odds for my phone bill (price plan is £42 but paid £85 most months for extra data bolt ons). Called them up yesterday to get a final fee to get out of my contract so I could sell my handset to cover…

Carphonewarehouse
A web search told me I was due an upgrade and the next day I got a call to discuss this. I wanted an iPhone 5C or 5S. The young man on the end of the phone strongly recommended the 5C, told me the 5S, in effect, just had a couple of gadgets. I agreed the phone arrived the next day and after a few days of struggling with it…

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I'm unable to find a definitive answer. John Lewis are selling iPhones with a 2 year warranty but their website states the phone will lock to the first network sim placed in the device. Vodafone delivered my phone to wrong address :(
I'm really beginning to see why Vodafone is so unpopular! They have really messed up by sending my new phone to an old address. They (call centre) told me to just go and get it, but after driving over there 3 times over the weekend and there is no answer I'm really fed up and just want Vodafone to sort it out and send me a…
