SO
You want to buy the new Nexus 5x phone, unlocked so it works on any network??

You listen to the Google person saying you can only buy it on Google store
£339 for 16gb / £379 for 32gb
BUT WAIT
Carphone Warehouse has 16gb for £299, and 32gb for £349
Ships on the same day as google when you pre order..
Orange has contract deals.. but they are silly money for 24 months
Cannot post the links as i am a newbie

so the question is..
Anybody find any better out there??

Just a heads up for those wanting to buy one

I'd rather have the Nexus 6P but can't justify the cost of it when my one plus one is still going strong.
Why are they so cheap to get from the USA? For some reason the conversion from USD adds on over £100 (Based on 64g 6P)

Bit disappointing they have dropped the screen size from 6" to 5.7"

I don't know 6 was a bit big for me. I have 5.5 currently and that is good. 5.7 sounds good.

The body of the original nexus 6 phone is almost the same size as the iphone 6 plus but the iphone has a huge bezel meaning the screen is only 5.5" (assuming you have an iphone)

Erm, no. I wouldn't have an iphone, I like to personalise and play to much.
I currently have a one plus one.

Have you taken US sales tax into account?

Is that not only about 10%?

US prices are tax exclusive so you would need to convert the US price and then add 20% for the UK price.
