as per the heading. I dropped my phone down the loo, my question is, has anyone had a water damaged iPhone repaired successfully or is a no no?

And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better

As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted

The same happened to me! I took it to a couple of places to see if it could be fixed but it's a definite no, no. Luckily I've got insurance! Good luck.

leave it turned off, put it in a bowl of rice (uncooked) and leave it somewhere warm for a few days to help it dry out0

It's been in a bowl of rice in the window to also get some warmth and it still won't turn on.
Think I will just give up on, but thank you anywayTreat other's how you like to be treated.
