I use a PAYG SIM in my iPad Air 2 and the Wi-Fi Assist setting is present there.
If you're a Vodafone customer and you've recently upgraded (or joined the network) they offer three months' Unlimited Data helping you avoid any nasty 'bill shock'.
I believe with EE once you've used your data you can't go online again unless you purchase an add on.It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -

So vodafone customers beware, you will get the bill shock in three months' time...I believe with EE once you've used your data you can't go online again unless you purchase an add on.
This is actually quite a sound thing to do - I wonder if other networks will follow suite - it shows that their not just after your money by implementing a policy like this.
Thanks MSE for running this. I had read about this feature but never thought it could result in going over my data allowance.0 -
Why buy a iPhone in the first place?
Just a money trap0 -
I know you can cap your bill with Tesco Mobile.

One way to help reduce data costs is disabling which apps you want to use for Mobile Data? It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
