Orange rip-off
Hi all. I'm in a contract with Orange due to finish in March 2013... I'm paying roughly £40 per month which seems incredibly high considering I use nowhere near my text or minute allowance. Yes i did agree to this (prior to my money-saving conversion) and got an upgraded phone (which I promptly dropped down the toilet, now…

Tesco Mobile CS
Hi I wonder whether anyone has had any experience of customer service from Tesco Mobile? The reason I ask is that systems went down over the week and their sales/customer service was rubbish. I called over 10 times and still they could not answer my questions. They were rated no 1 from Which. Thanks

Appalling customer service from Vodafone ... again
I have been a vodafone customer ever since I bought my first mobile back in 1993 . Since 1996 this has been a business mobile account. It has always been an up and down relationship, renewing contracts has always seemed a bit fraught, and I did once get free line rental/calls for a year, simply because I had soooo…

Best phone sim for teenager?
Our phones are all on Virgin at the moment and my daughter and I usually get 300 free texts a month by topping up £10 a month - however, all her school friends seem to be on O2 as they get free texts between each other. Have had a google and this would appear to be the simplicity pay as you go deal for £7.50 a month. I…

T m obile data roaming, any problems?
Hi, I have read the instructions on the T mobile site. Looks straightforward enough. Try to access the web in the EU, get a text, choose a booster and away. Run out of data get another text... This looks quite fair to me with no chance of a surprise large bill on return, ignore the texts and the internet just does not…
