Orange AAArrrrgggggHHHHH!!!

I am at my wits end with orange I will cut the problem down a bit but basically being having the same problem since renewing my contract They admitted to me that a mistake was made their end when I got my first big bill in for nearly £700 this did take me phoning 150 and going down to the shop because 150 said they couldn't help so the shop phoned 150 I don't know what difference that made but hey!! they recalculated the bill I paid 2 months worth of the line rental and thought it was ok. then the next time I get a bill it was another big one and they cut me off I phoned 150 again and he told me this time I had to pay the £700 bill I refused and went to the shop had an argument in the shop they did sort it for me though when they phoned we was told it would be recalculated again before going on holiday I recieve a credit note for £50 which I assummed was compensation as the manager that I spoke to last said she was going to sort out compensation for me. get back off holiday and this morning they cut me off again I phoned them again and they apologised for the inconvenience but for some reason I had not got the bill for £25 and needed to pay that which I have done but I am still not convinced this is the end of the matter and I am expecting the same problem next month is there anyway i can get out of this contract? who should I complain to except Orange because I have asked 6 times for managers to phone me back and only ever got to speak to 1. I want to take it to the next step of complaining because Orange are just about as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

I don't think that Orange failing to call you back is a valid reason for cancellation.
As they admitted the mistakes with billing and try correcting them, this cannot be a reason either.

Before complaining anywhere except Orange you have to exhaust their internal complaint procedure first that you seem not to have even started yet: how to make a complaint
Do this by post or via e-mail.

the thing is we did recieve the credit note for £50 which was in the style of a bill hence we assummed was the bill I since have looked at my bills online didn't know I could do this and it says under the bill I didn't recieve that that is a credit note as well very very confusing!!

I agree the not phoning back alone is not sufficient for cancellation it's just the phone getting cut off all the time not being my fault having to go up and sown to the shop to sirt things out when it could have been done on the phone and not having a normal bill since march as well as the poor signal but I won't even go into that one! I have made a complaint with them I have emailed them this afternoon and they told me to phone 150 and complain that way which I am waiting for someone to phone me back.

Usually complaining over a phone gets you nowhere. If you do this make clear that you phone to submit a formal complaint, get the name of the person you speak to and some reference.
