hi, i have called orange twice about texts to my DS, every time i top up for him, the texts come through and take all his credit, he can't use his blackberry as the credit isn't on long enough for blackberry to activate it, anyway, called them again today, even though the parental controll is on, the texts are still getting through, the useless man couldn't understand why they are coming through, said he couldn't block them, and then hung up on me,, which really annoyed me, so i googled the number and got the customer service for them, they told me they haven't used that number for years, so she gave me phonepayplus number to ring, they in turn gave me another number, which finally got through to the right company, hopefully it is now blocked, they told me that my son registered with them, but i know for a fact it was a random text he recieved from them, stupidly he opened it, not knowing what it was, (it was !!!!!!), they also told me not to top up his phone for another 72 hours as there are another 12 messages waiting to be sent, DS is gutted he can't use his blackberry chat, so i'm not a happy bunny,
sorry about the rant, i just had to get it off my chest:beer:

Have you got the refund? If not, it's worth demanding it from Orange as it seems to be their fault: how do I stop my child accessing adult content?
All pay as you go accounts are automatically restricted from accessing content suitable for over-18's. If a you're a parent and have a pay monthly account with your child as the authorised user then you have control to remove the access and activate Orange Safeguard.

thank you i will email them as i am fed up of ringing and speaking to people that haven't got a clue, i'm also fed up of them saying they will ring you back, and never doing so, i give up with their customer services altogether
