Tesco Mobile CS

Hi

I wonder whether anyone has had any experience of customer

service from Tesco Mobile?

The reason I ask is that systems went down over the week and their

sales/customer service was rubbish. I called over 10 times and still they

could not answer my questions. They were rated no 1 from Which.

  • I've rang once for something, I think it was foreign call rates, and I found their service to be excellent, really helpful. And with regards to your problem, as they're powered by O2 maybe they didn't have the info as to when the problem would be fixed? :-)

    I've recently had some bad service from them. I ordered by new contract phone last Wednesday. I was told it would be delivered in two working days (so by Friday I thought).

    When I hadn't received it by Saturday morning I rang up to be told they'd only loaded it into a van at 5AM that morning but I should get the phone that day.

    When I hadn't received the phone by Monday afternoon I rang again to be told that delivery takes 5 working days and I shouldn't call back until after Friday - which would of course be 7 working days after my order!

    The service when I was placing my order was very good, well except for the fact I was given the wrong information about their deliveries and they don't seem to have any power to do anything to track the package or sort out delays :-(

    online instead of speaking to them so I await with baited breath..

    Not that I am biased. My boyfriend definitely does not work for them, nope... ;)

  • Well...just checked my phone and what...?

    The tesco mobile PAYG sim is showing as registration as failed so either

    Tesco mobile have messed up or quite likely Lycamobile have given me

    the wrong PAC code. Either way I have to try to sort the mess out.

    Any advice?
