any o2 retention deals

my (sim only ) contact expires in September .
I currently pay £10.21 for 300 minutes free o2 to o2 calls and unlimited text .
Are there any deal with o2 at the moment .

O2 retentions are just offering customers the same deal as on the website unless your spending is above £50 a month

I am on the same deal and am quite happy with it.

Does anybody know what happens after the end date of the contract if I do nothing ? Does it just carry on as it always has ?

you just go onto a 30 day rolling contract, just tried to get a better phone on upgrade but o2 wont even get close to what is available on other networks, so its time for me to ditch.

If you are happy with your current deal and the o2 coverage have a look at giffgaff they use the o2 network and you get free internet with them.

get refered and you get a £5 bonus when you join with a £10 or more top up

My deal also ends in September, and I have been with them for about 9 years now. I currently have an iPhone 3g and would like to continue with iphone. I am paying £28 (£35 - 7 loyalty bonus) per month for 300 minutes (I use 200 max) free unlimited internet and texts. I use it regularly for web/emails.
Would I get a better deal elsewjere with a new phone or am I better staying put?
