Phone had a fault so we got a refund on it. I am looking for a phone suitable for me. I do want a BlackBerry but unfortunately i am not allowed. If you say that a BlackBerry is the best phone for me, please say why so I can persuade my mum lol. Thanks :)

Whenever I make a phone call, there's a 'high frequency ring' all the way through. This hasn't happend before, and haven't configured anything. Hope you guys can help me solve the problem.

Pay As You Go Top-Up still needed when on contract?
Well, my contract phone has packed in, and I was planning to buy a phone from Carphone Warehouse or Phones4U, and since I'm on SIMOnly contract with T-Mobile, the Pay As You Go top-up will be of no use to me. Is there anything I need to say in order to waive the top-up? Thank you.
