Cancel PAC transfer?

I gave my PAC code to T-Mobile, and they said it would be transferred on the 31st

Any way to cancel this?

There have been a few issues with my contract, and I want to get these sorted out before my number is ported over

I dont know if you can even cancel it, but you will want to call them and ask if you can stop it asap, I wouldnt tell them that you are having problems and rather just say you have decided to keep the new number for the time being.

Yeah, I just called T-Mobile, and the woman said it can't be stopped as it's an automated process.

    I have another question now.

Is there any way to cancel my Dial-a-Phone contract?

It's been about a week since I set up the contract, and since then they messed up the sort code on my direct debit with T-Mobile (good job I noticed), and then they set me up with the wrong T-Mobile packages, so I'm being charged for using the internet every day as opposed to having my 1GB limit

Can I cancel it as they didn't give me what they promised?

Has to be returned within 7 days.
If the package is not right, take it up with them (dialaphone) and t-mobile, get them to sort it out.
How do you know you are being charged £1 a day - have t-mobile said so?
There is the t-mobile online account you can register and check - and get back to dialaphone to say its not right.

Yeah I registered on the T-Mobile site, that's where I saw it

Under "Your Services" it says "Capped Data Rate" instead of the "Unlimited Internet Booster"

    On Dial-a-Phone, it says
*Internet on your phone comes with a fair use policy. T-Mobile will monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that they can protect their network for all their customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, they will not charge you any more, but may restrict how you can use your booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much. If you remove your booster then you’ll automatically be charged the daily rate, see t-mobile.co.uk.

The booster was never added, so it's their fault, right?

Depends on the deal you signed up to - whether it included an internet booster or not. Think most (if not all) t-mobile tariffs on monthly plans have a flexible booster. If its not been added, it would sound like t-mobile have not added it - so ask them or dialaphone to rectify it.

What was the exact deal you entered into?

One booster should be on your account (Capped Data is not a booster) - ask t-mobile about it I say. They should fix it.

On DaP's site it says "DATA BUNDLE INCLUDED"

T-Mobile said DaP should sort it :p

waiting for a response from DaP now

I got an email from T-Mobile earlier saying it had been added. A guy from Dial-a-Phone then rang me apologizing, and said he had called T-Mobile and had them put it on.

I told him I'd already been charged, and he refunded £7 into my account (£1 a day for the week I had my phone) so all resolved now :)

Got my new phone all set up and on the 31st I will be done with Vodafone forever :)

I would have whined a bit more about the distress and outrage and cosmic shift in the universe and got more than £7 out of them. :D

Might miss voda if you find t-mobile tariff does not include free voicemail.

I didn't have to whine, haha I just said "oh they already charged me though" and he just went "ok I'll refund 7 days into your account then" (I've only used like 2 days internet)

As for voicemail, I don't think I've ever used voicemail in my life lol
