Car phone warehouse - broken loan phone Q??

Have taken a mobile phone back for repair under the insurance and they loaned a phone - but have broken the screen accidently while using it (dropped :( )

Sooo... what will happen - will they charge me for it or will it be covered by the insurance I have on my phone or their insurance?

Anybody have any experience of this plase?

It was a Sony Ericsson K300 so not an expensive phone.

I have tried searching ebay to get a Sony Ericcson K300 to replace it with but no joy

  • I believe it's a £25 charge.

Even if it was replaced the IMEI number wont match the one they gave you

Can't see it being covered by the insurance. That only covers the phone that's logged on your acc.

With a phone that old I can't see them charging you too much, as above, 25 quid sounds about right. . .

I work for Carphone so I know. It's between £20 and £25 depending on which model you have, if you paid a deposit, you'll lose it.
