Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me?
For christmas I had a new iphone 4 (agreed - slightly spoilt
) But I am only just setting it up. Should I set up my iphone on my own laptop or would it be okay to set it up on my boyfriends laptop as I am not at my house at the moment - so I don't have my laptop.
Thanks everyone.. desperate to start using it!

Will it matter if i don't set it up initially on my laptop. As I already have an ipod registered to itunes, I already have itunes on my laptop. So when I just put my iphone on my laptop it will still be okay wont it?
Thanks for replying0 -

if you sync with his laptop first it will activate and when you next sync with your laptop it will erase the iphone and sync with your computer, so you can do it to activate and use the iphone (calls texts and web) but I wouldnt buy any music or apps on it until it is set up with your laptop, that way it will make your life much easier.
but then once it is set up with your laptop and you have your music/apps/ect. on it you cant then sync it with his laptop or it would delete all your stuff off it, but you can charge it in his laptop (or any computer) just say 'no' to the 'erase and sync with this computer' pop up0 -
You can activate it on his, but don't set it up with his iTunes....Activating to use and play with can be done on any pc.0
