new phone with £10 credit but somethings not right

hi,
my girlfriend has got a new htc wildfire which is on o2 pay as you go with £10 credited . it was bought from dialaphone .

She has been trying it out for the past two days but is still showing £10 credit .Why is this and are we still going to have to pay for calls and internet usage used so far ?

Top-up £15 - £29 Get 500 UK texts and 500MB UK data
Top-up £30 or more Unlimited UK texts & 500MB UK data

Your girlfriend may have the Text & Web SIM card, has she made any calls?

Or she might be in one of their other tariffs that include calls and texts.
