how to claim redemption from buymobilephones

I'm new to the forums and I was wondering if anybody has ever purchased off them buymobilephones. n e t

Now here's the problem. I'm not sure whether to get it as I don't know how to claim these money back.

Will they send me forms along with the phone when it comes through the door or will I have to get through to them by myself before claiming?

Beware that buymobilephones use a voucher system - they send vouchers on a single A4 piece of paper which you have to keep safe or take copies of electronically or on paper. At each claim date, you cut out a voucher and send with bill. If you lose those vouchers - you won't get replacements and then you lose any chance to make cashback claim.

Ok thanks a lot. This and the link you sent me have been really helpful. So you will get a single piece of A4 paper and you'll have to cut them and send then at each interval. And also if you manage to get on that link below. Will you have to send these passport, driver's license etc everytime you claim.

Passport/driver licensse? - No, not for cashback claim.
You might be asked for proof ID when you make a purchase if your credit rating is low.

Ok so for the cashback claim all I'll have to do is insert the piece of A4 paper in an envelop and send it to

You would have to cut out the right voucher from the A4 paper they send you.
Then send that and all the bills they need per claim to that address using signed for delivery.

Much better options out there if you are confused that DON'T use a voucher system (just another hurdle to get over).
It's about time BMP's stopped this voucher system, it obviously is in their favour, but now puts them at a disadvantage against the CPW group.
I would personally look at Mobiles.co.uk or e2save.
