problems contacting Direct Line?
I'm currently on hold to Direct Line to upgrade my car insurance and so far i have been waiting for just over 25 minutes in a queue. They are often a bit slow but this is stupid..has anyone else contacted them recently and found problems with the telephone systems, or am I just unlucky?
