Good, old Powerhouse insurance

Dear All
I would very much appreciate any help, advice and information regarding reclaiming on Powerhouse insurance. My partner took out an insurance for our TV for 4 years and now would be the period when we could claim it back. However, we are unsure how to go about it since the company does not exist. Even the parent company from PRG Group Limited is conveniently illusive. Is it even possible? Please help!
