No Claims bonus

My husband sold his car just under 2 years ago. Has he lost all his no claims bonus now ?

For what its worth he has 10 years but got rid of his car when we had our baby and he went on to night shift and we only needed one car. Now we need another hence the question.

Not everyone is out to screw the system.
Notice it was used to work for dl customer service not one of your strong points.
Anyway you have to prove your no claims which i have so how can you lie. Doing that is fraudulant is it not ?
