I have a granite style kitchen worksurface which has a join in it. The substance used to join it is being worn away - its only 1 year old  Any idea what the substance is so I can refil the join or can anyone suggest a better suited joiner that might last a bit longer? Many thanks in advance :)

I've got Everest coming round next week for a quotation on solar panels and also a few other possibilities. Just thought I'd do some homework first to see what other people have been charged. :D
