Height of a sink without a pedestal?
hi can you tell me if the height of a sink without a pedestal (its the corner small downstairs wc type) should be at a set height? Im buying a new house and the sink in the downstairs toilet looks low to me - but I dont want to appear stupid by mentioning it unless it should be at a set height! thanks:beer:

Oak stair parts wanted.
Hi, I have been looking for a while for some Oak stair newel caps without any succees. Does anyone know of an on-line supplier? I'm not sure if our stairs are a standard size, we need caps to fit 8.5cm wide posts. We are looking for the actual caps as opposed to the ball or acorn types. Thanks.

Removing bath and installing shower, how much?
Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost me to have my bath removed and a shower enclosure put in its place. Its one of those shower enclosure which you can sit in and has a couple of jet sprays in it. I will get rid of the rubbish etc and no tiling is required. Thanks
