Hi
In general are Bosch a good make for tumble dryers. My Zanussi one has broken down and the insurance company have decided to replace it, I quite like the Bosch one but not sure if its a good brand to go for?
The one I like is WTE84307GB
TIA

These days Bosch dryers can be anything, we've seen Gorenje being used as well as Crosslee.
I'm not sure what that one is though.

That one looks like a more advanced version of ours no doubt with loads of programmes you won't use (!) - our is the WTE84103GB.
By far the best dryer we have had in 17 years - the Whirlpool one we had suffered from heat melting the door catch so failed to work after a few years and replacing the bits cost as much as a new machine.
We swapped this for a Creda but it went straight back as it kept cutting out. We paid a bit more for the Bosch. Does a full loads in less than an hour, the water container holds plenty and the condenser is easy to access and clean. Our dishwasher is also a Bosch and I'd recommend the brand.0 -
I'm a member of Which and I understand they did a review of tumble dryers in October 2007, please PM me if you want me to post some info here. Let me know whether it's a vented or condenser dryer you're after tho.

I have a bosch and I love it. I put it on a 1 hr 53 min cycle and it will stop earlier if the clothing is dry. The darn thing is more intelligent than I am.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10
