I wrote to Thomson to ask for compensation on the 21 Sept and have still not heard from them. I rang them today and they informed me they had 56 days by law to reply to me. Does anyone know if this is correct ? Thanks.

My flight was delayed 24 hours (Emirates) in Feb 2008. I used the template to register a claim and received an email back saying they could only go back 6 years.
