Hi
I have just received notification that our claim for an over 8hrs delay from from Palma to manchester Monarch Flight Number ZB533 on the 28th September 2014 has been refused, on the grounds of " Extraordinary Circumstances" the fault was a bolt had sheared (according to the pilot) on the front wheel cover landing gear, i have seen that my next avenue would be the CAA ( 10weeks to look at the claim) a waste of time.
Do you think we should wait till the November court decision,????
