Changing our payment method
:( Our gas and electricity supplier is British Gas and we use pre payment meters for both. They have both been in my partners name since she moved into the property nearly 10 years ago. Can we ask for them to be taken out and for me to open a new account with a different payment method. Any help would be appreciated.

question on electricity meter and bill
Hi, Our meter is fast approaching 99999. I was wondering what happens when the meter turns over to 00000, does the supplier's billing system automatically pick this up and calculate the right consumption or do they have to go through some manual process to amend the billing accordingly? Many thanks.
