EDF online version 7

i was on EDF online 3 and with that deal coming to an end 31/12/2010 i signed up for version 7 which was a 5% or so increase. i expected to change over on 31/12/2010, but they changed me over on the 14/11/10.
I f i had changed to another company they were going to charge me £50, do you think that they should pay me £50 for moving me early.

I also did the same. I asked if the charge would apply, and was told that it was only charged if I moved supplier, So providing I was given the correct info, you should not be charged.

Why didn't they change it over on the 31/12/10 ? Too difficult to apply good service?

If you think about it, the OP does have a point. They have terminated early !

Ccall them and complain. Providing you said you wanted to change at the end of the contract and not immediately, they will probably correct for you.

I have e mailed twice now, but no reply, but i suppose i should wait a least 10 days for reply, will let you know their response.
