claiming back from royal mail
how do you claim for an item as a seller that goes missing in the post that is under £40 and you have proof of postage for but was bought for you as a gift or you no longer have the receipt for the item? Will Royal Mail not pay you back as you don't have all the evidence they require?

Buyers wanting item sent one place and invoice posted somewhere else.
I have had a few buyers now wanting the goods sent to the paypal address, which is fine and as I do that anyway and can I pop the invoice in an envelope and post it to a different address that they provide me. Anyone else had this? Why is it and do you do it?

buyer arranges courier, whos liable in event of lost package
I have sold an item that the buyer wants to arrange their own courier and I don't think any insurance is being arranged. So obviously a bit concerne should anything untoward happens. have you experienced this or know of anyone having encountered problems in these circumstances. thanks
