Done a whoopsie!
Well, after wondering how the people who say 'managed to refund buyer in full when trying to do a partial on paypal' actually managed to make such a !!!!-up, I have now done it myself! Refunded in full instead of refunding the postage difference. Thing is, I'd already sent the item. Whoops. Have messaged the buyer and sent…

Hi, I won an auction for a breadmaker at the weekend. I promptly paid via Paypal and so far have received no correspondence from the seller. I logged onto Paypal this morning and note that my payment is pending, when I looked at the reasons why, it says the seller has no Paypal account. I will email the seller later today,…

£100 Leather coat postage advice please?
Hi Please can anyone advise me. I sold a leather coat for just over £100 on Ebay. What is the best way to post it? I know it will cost more than I was allowed to charge but I want to ensure it gets there safely. Thanks. Most of my items are very small value so this is new to me. :o

The buyer is from USA, I am in the UK, they bought 2 items, I shipped them together using Paypal postage. 1) The case was opened after just 9 days (including the weekend). 2) I had no previous communication from…

Been using Parcel Monkey for a bit now, and all has been going well. But, a few weeks ago Citylink lost a parcel (looks like it was stolen reading between the lines after talking to Citylink customer support). Anyhow, Citylink admit it's lost, so all should be good, right? Wrong, item was an eBay sale, and was insured for…

What to do with my written off Astra (with new parts)?
Hi all Sorry if this is the wrong forum, it was the closest I could find.... The cam belt went on my Astra (1.6 GLS 16V, eco tech engine) a few days ago, and the potential fixing costs are not worth it..... So it's off to car heaven for that one. As bad luck would have it, I'd just had a lot of work done on it. It has a 2…
