i purchased a royal mail print out/ stamp via eBay to send an item to a customer next day the seller says they don't want the the item so i cancelled the transaction and give them the refund.
the item was not posted.
is it possible to claim a refund on the postage? the price was £1.20 to be posted by the 17/9/12.
having done a Google it says go it no the relevant paypal transaction and click on 'delete link'- but there is no link like that into the paypal

if it helps here's how to do it:
To request a refund:- Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left-hand side.
- Click Postage Labels.
- Find the label and select Refund from the Actions column.- select VOID
now just have to wait for refund- hopefully!0
