Seller does not have a Paypal Account

Hi, I won an auction for a breadmaker at the weekend. I promptly paid via Paypal and so far have received no correspondence from the seller. I logged onto Paypal this morning and note that my payment is pending, when I looked at the reasons why, it says the seller has no Paypal account.
I will email the seller later today, but just wondered how long I should wait until they set up an account. The reason I ask this is that there are other auctions I could have bid on in between this time - I am very impatient!!
I also didn't realise (my fault) at the time that the seller is a new seller and has no feedback, indeed I think I was their first purchaser.

I am in the exact situation and so far I have been waiting for a week and a half for them to create an account. I have not heard from them for at least 4 days after sending 2 messages.
I guess all you can do is wait a few days and hope they get back to you, after that I don't know what advice to give you as I'm not having much luck either!0 -
They may have an account and put the wrong email address in.
I use one email address for ebay and a different one for paypal.
I think you have to have a paypal account so Report them to ebay.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
If payment is unclaimed you can recall it, so do that and wait few more days to see if seller contacts you.
If not, then assume the transaction is not going ahead and leave whatever feedback you think is appropriate to warn other buyers that seller does not respond to any contact.
If seller tries doing an unpaid on you merely respond with the original transaction number showing you did pay.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. message seller and let them know you have paid and that payment is pending because of them, and are they going to claim the payment. As they are new they may not be aware of this. If there's no response then recall it0
