Parcel Monkey Problems

Been using Parcel Monkey for a bit now, and all has been going well. But, a few weeks ago Citylink lost a parcel (looks like it was stolen reading between the lines after talking to Citylink customer support).
Anyhow, Citylink admit it's lost, so all should be good, right?
Wrong, item was an eBay sale, and was insured for £100, but Parcel Monkey customer support is oh so slow and has no direct phone number.
I've been talking to them using their web based (slower that morse) communications, and they now tell me they have a claims backlog and it's going to take 3 more weeks until they even get to it.

Thing is, with eBay, I've had to refund the buyer in order not to look like a total scammer, and I'm now left out of pocket.

Anyone else had issues with Parcel Monkey, and perhaps know what buttons to push to get better customer support?
