Honestly!! Buyer leaves me neutral feedback because the items she bought were not as expected because she didn't actually read my description!! Annoyed!

Happens all the time. Buyers don't bother to read the listing, then neg/neutral you for it. Thats eBay all over.0

I never read neutrals when buying. Forget it and move on.
My first said ............ OK
and that was all, no low stars no contact

I've seen lots of neutrals from foreign buyers usually with something like, "Tres Bon" in the comments!0

Just annoying, she actually bought 2 items, so I got the joys of 2 neutrals, one after the other! Oh well free listing again this weekend I believe, so more fun to come!!essex girl in exile0

I had one this week which said, "Item arrived quickly". :mad:They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

As frustrating as they are, neutrals don't count so no point worrying about them. And buyers like me look at ones like that and think "well that buyer was a silly !!!!""So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0

How annoyed will you be when you receive a negative from someone who didn't like your item?
Because it will happen. Welcome to the ebay feedback system.0 -
I got one with the comment:
'a bit dusty'
It was a memory card, packed and sealed in the box - I failed to see how even the box was dusty let alone the new contents sealed in a plastice bubble inside. This was from a new buyer with feedback of 11
I've found new buyers bring the star ratings down too, probably by giving 4 star and thinking that is good enough. A buyer admitted to me just yesterday she gave me all 4's even though her item bought on Sunday evening arrived, tracked, via Collect+ at 10.53 am on Tuesday, I charged £6 P&P and it cost me £5.99 so I made 1p.
Best just to move on.

Just ignore them and block. Don't let it eat you up. I would check my dashboard though. just incase they have left you low stars for p&p etc... Ebay might restrict if there are too many lows.I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0

Some time ago, I noticed someone got a negative on eBay because of "impolite delivery company" or words to the effect! ...I blocked that buyer, just in case!

I'm carrying a single neutral from last October - It doesn't matter if you just get the occasional one, it's just if you are unlucky enough to bump into several nutters, who leave adverse feedabck and DSRs, that your ratings start to fall and it starts to matter.
When I got the neutral, I listed a number of low value items on a free listing day, hoping to gain decent feedback and DSRs from a number of buyers, which I hoped would boost my DSR averages.
It seemed to work pretty well, but there is a risk that if you're unlucky enough to again encounter somebody else unbalanced again, you might make the situation worse, rather than better!
