Neutral feedback

  • I just can't believe a system like this still exists. Where a bunch of crazy or evil people can control a sellers fate. Madness.

What happened to the "report feedback abuse" thing that was supposed to appear?

When I got the neutral, I listed a number of low value items on a free listing day, hoping to gain decent feedback and DSRs from a number of buyers, which I hoped would boost my DSR averages.

It seemed to work pretty well, but there is a risk that if you're unlucky enough to again encounter somebody else unbalanced again, you might make the situation worse, rather than better! :(

Your not wrong - i listed a few £10 items at £1 - FREEPOST - to boost my feedback a bit. But a nutter gave me a negative because "the colour didn't suit her".

Fortunately - ebay removed it - as she offered to remove it herself for a fiver :rotfl:
  • if you don't like the feedback you have the option of leaving a response in case anyone bothers to read it. Write words to the affect....buyer didn't read listing, fault is hers, no contact made. At lease people can see it wasn't your fault. Enough people don't use the respond to feedback link

A neutral is not a problems, unfortunately stars are and if buyers leave poor stars to accompany that neutral that's where the problem is.
