Faster payment through paypal?

I was wondering if anyone was having a problem selecting the faster payment option through paypal (the 1-2 business days transfer option that is charged at £5.00 per withdrawal) ?

I withdrew some money about a week ago and paid the £5.00 charge for faster process and received the money the next morning (i transferred it late sunday night and it was there first thing monday morning).

Ive just tried to do the same with some more funds and i dont have the faster payment option - all i get when i click withdraw is a page that asks me to enter the amount i want to withdraw and the submit button - no withdraw options???

Ive just checked the paypal forum and one of the posts on there state that from 1/1/12 all withdrawals should have automatically gone in to the users bank account within 24hrs anyways by law - and that since january 2012 those people that have paid £5.00 each time they wanted to withdraw their money using the faster payment option should make a claim with paypal to get it refunded - is this true?

There are no indications now of how long a withdrawal will take now - anyone know?

Scrap that - i just spoke to paypal and all the payments now go through in 15mins- 2hrs.

They said that once everyone is on the new faster payment system they will contact customers regarding refunds to everyone who's paid £5.00 to withdraw their money since January 2012 - this of course wont happen for a couple of months though
