limited vision in one eye?
Hi I was wondering if having a very small amount of vision in one eye or sometimes no vision at all in it, does that make someone visually impaired? thank you all in advanse take care

Can you appoint someone to manage your affairs.........

severe disablement allowance and bus pass/blue badge
I have ME and am on severe disablement allowance. I am able to work for 6 hours a week under the permitted work scheme. The problem is the bus fares/parking.
