Experian/...'s 6 year history. (scotland)
As I understand it, the limitation on which a defaulted unacknowledged debt in Scotland is 5, not 6 years. Can Experian/... be convinced to drop debts that are >5 years from your credit file? Or is the 6 year history simply a buisness decison?

Question about claim form and date of service
Hello am new here. My friend has a claim form - it says she has 5 days from date on top to respond. Looked online and it appears that she has 2 days from date of posting. HI all, sorry if this has been posted already but i keep seeing CCA requst threads floating around & i think i know what one is but how do i go about getting my creditors to check to see if they have one? Is this only used if you are about to get a CCJ or can it be done at anytime? How do you know if its enforcable? x
