Demand notice from Credit Protection Association...

Hi there, looking for some advice.
I have had a couple of demand notices lately from the CPA acting on behalf of Screen Care Services Ltd, demanding payment of £26.
Now to be fair, I chucked the forst one thinking it was junk mail, (certainly looks it) but when I recieved another, I took a bit more notice.
The letter just states that I have an outstanding amount, and it was only after a bit of googling that I found out that Screen Care Services is a windscreen repair company.
(The name of SCS is only printed small at the bottom of the letter so I missed it initially)
Now I've gone back through all my paperwork and I found a receipt for a windscreen chip repair that I had carried out in November 2009.
I remember now, as it was one of those stands at a supermarket, and I had a small chip repaired. The took my details at the time, made a telephone call and said that was fine. I assumed that my insurance covered it, or at least thats what they told me.
There was nothing on my receipt that stated that I had £26 to pay?
I will obviously call them first thing tomorrow, I'm just a bit worried that as I have left it late, thinking that the CPA letters were some sort of a scam. They certainly look that way!
Anyone else had anything like this? Theres always something! Just starting to get myself free of any bad debt and things always pop up!
