Experian/...'s 6 year history. (scotland)

As I understand it, the limitation on which a defaulted unacknowledged debt in Scotland is 5, not 6 years.

Can Experian/... be convinced to drop debts that are >5 years from your credit file?

Or is the 6 year history simply a buisness decison?

The limitation period doesn't really have any relevance to the length that data is kept by the CRAs.

    Credit agreements - data sharing

People have tried your argument before, and got exactly no-where. If you decide to try, let us know what they say.

Thanks, I diddn't think it was particularly relevant - was wondering if I was wrong though.
