I have tried to call them but I get all the way through security to be told they can’t take my call today and it hangs up. Not sure…

New Day credit cards - Aqua/Marbles/Topman/Topshop/Amazon etc - Transferring limits
NewDay as a card provider has increased their offering of cards in recent years - and some of them are relatively decent APR's (in the grand scheme of things - yes I know it's not 8.9%) - has anyone got more than one NewDay card and successfully reduced their limit on the high APR card and increased their limit on the…

New Rules latest.
Finally caught with Persistent Debt Rules. unintentionally paid 250 debit card payment to aqua card that I had already paid 330 Feb past. Seems on 2nd card I'll be paying down 15-1600 approx over 4 years. Whilst I read via FCA and aqua that such a plan shouldn't effect credit rating, I can only hope this is correct. What I…

Pre paid card
I've been using a Post Office Budget Card to pay gas & electric bills. You hand over cash at the PO and it gets loaded onto card. Then take the bill & card to PO when it's time to pay. The product is being withdrawn so I need a replacement pre paid card. Any recommendations? All I need it to do is add money monthly from my…

Barclaycard Customer Services - "we've just stepped out" - so how do I reset my online access?
I had a problem with Morrisons who were unable to deliver an online food order but still charged my Barclaycard. In the process of logging on to my Barclaycard account to check whether they had reversed the payment it locked me out so I can no longer access my Barclaycard account online. It would not let me reset this…

Is getting an Amex card going to be a pain?
I'm looking to close my credit card and current account with HSBC as I've not been impressed with their customer service over the years and am now looking to get a credit card (with no monthly fee) that I won't be using too often, just for the odd purchase (for increased protection) and would pay it off straight away. Any…
