Chi chi return not refunded

I returned a dress over 30 days ago to chi chi london and still havnt recieved a refund. I have sent 4 emails and received 2 emails asking for more time. I looked on trust pilot and many others are having the same problem. What can i do? I paid with my credit card can they help?

Yes, but it could get messy. Just give them a little more time to process the refund.0

Because you'll more than likely end up with it being refunded twice and both parties then wanting you to refund them.
It will ultimately slow down your final refund.0 -
Probably something to do with unusual time's and circumstances perhaps.
