What happened to your bank account?
If you switched the account to a new bank - no worries it will automatically follow you from your old account to the new.
  • hi thanks for the reply how long would payments automatically follow, the account was switched December 2019

Usually very quick (often same day). Unlike the refund from the airline.

On the contrary, there isn't a time limit for this as such - after the minimum period of three years, redirection continues indefinitely until there's a period of 13 consecutive months in which no transactions are redirected.
  • Hi there can anyone help.  Ordered a new suit back in January.  Stupidly paid £4,600 by debit card.  Don’t mind waiting until corona crisis is over but really worried that company might go bust in meantime.  Is there any way to get this refunded (their contract says no cancellations due to late delivery) or is there any chance this is transferable to a credit card so that I am covered under section 75.
  • Sorry that is “suite” not suit

You can't transfer payments unless they allow you to cancel the previous one and repay.  But they won't do that.

If they go out of business, you'll need to try a chargeback.
