Pre paid card

I've been using a Post Office Budget Card to pay gas & electric bills. You hand over cash at the PO and it gets loaded onto card. Then take the bill & card to PO when it's time to pay. 

The product is being withdrawn so I need a replacement pre paid card.

Any recommendations? 

All I need it to do is add money monthly from my bank account and pay the bill online 4 times a year.

Admittedly not a direct answer to your question but if the money starts in your bank account and the end game is quarterly online payment of utility bills, can't you just pay them directly from your bank account, either by direct debit or online banking?  If it's some sort of willpower issue necessitating some extra hoops to make it harder to spend the money elsewhere, would a second current account at your bank do the job?

I realise it seems I am over complicating matters. 

As a household the Post Office card worked well for our particular family set up which is why I need a like for like replacement.
